The practice
Bloodhound was founded in 2024 after a forensic investigation uncovered EUR 196,000 in preventable damage at a European DTC brand. That report became the operating model.
The data had been there all along. The previous agency just never looked at it. Frequency alerts ignored. Audience overlap left unchecked. Budgets burning on segments that had stopped converting eight months earlier.
The practice runs on custom-built audit tooling: ad exports, audience segmentation, creative analysis, attribution modelling. Reconciled directly against platform APIs and Shopify, not screenshots or agency decks.

Clients are selected on fit. If the audit finds nothing material, Bloodhound says so. That has not happened yet.

Audit first
No pitch without a free forensic report. If we cannot document waste, we will not ask for the retainer.
Senior operators only
The operator on the audit is the operator on the retainer. No account managers, no handoffs, no "let me check with the team".
API truth
Every number reconciled against platform APIs and Shopify. Screenshots and agency decks are not evidence.
Written reports
Every action explained in writing. If a client ever leaves, the full context of the account is already documented.
Cancel any month
No lock-in, no notice period, no minimum term. We keep the account because the work justifies it.
Small roster
Maximum eight active clients. When the roster is full, the audit is still free. The retainer conversation moves to a waitlist.
